Hello everyone! I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve sat down and written a blog post just because I’ve wanted to; obviously I’ve been working in my blog series with Jodie (you can read more here) but I haven’t really just sat and written about me, for me. So I decided to do a ‘Dear Diary’ type of post, which I hope I continue monthly as a sort of catch up with you. This will allow me to be completely honest and raw with you, letting you all know what’s been going on during the previous month, what I hope to achieve in the following month, what my goals and plans are, what I’m struggling with, and mostly, just how I’m doing in general. Earlier this week I posted a transformation picture on my new health Instagram and it really boosted my motivation and self-esteem to carry on and persevere with my weight loss journey.
This is something I’ve battled with for over 2 years now, and I’m not going to lie, there are days, weeks, even months where I just lose motivation completely. I get sick and tired of trying and trying and achieving nothing, that I get very close to giving up completely. Continue reading “Snakes and Ladders”
Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about weight loss, and more specifically, about weight watchers.

Hey everyone! Today’s post is going to be about, as the title suggests, blogging with a chronic illness. And let me tell you, it is difficult. I love it, and I would never say otherwise, but it is so difficult sometimes to find the motivation to continue. But when I do, I am constantly reminded of how great it is, and how much I enjoying writing. Continue reading “Blogging with a Chronic Illness”
Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having a fabulous July and you’re ready for another motivation tip! This one is going to be about CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS!
Think about it… how can you possibly stay motivated with your goals if you don’t celebrate them when they’re completed?! Celebrating them makes you aware about how far you have come and it can definitely help you stay motivated to progress even further!
So in this post I’m going to outline a few different ways you can celebrate your achievements, whether they be fitness related, weight loss, work, blog, Uni etc. and they can be as big or as small as you want! Continue reading “Motivation Tip #6”
It’s time to be honest…
Trying to stay positive all the time is really hard.
And I’m a positive person. But recently, I just feel completely and utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally.
I keep telling myself that it’s because I’ve just started this new job working in a café, while still trying to keep up with my exercise and other things, but I actually think this exhaustion goes a little bit deeper than this. Continue reading “Weight Loss Struggles”
