Dear Diary || April ’17

Hello everyone! I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve sat down and written a blog post just because I’ve wanted to; obviously I’ve been working in my blog series with Jodie (you can read more here) but I haven’t really just sat and written about me, for me. So I decided to do a ‘Dear Diary’ type of post, which I hope I continue monthly as a sort of catch up with you. Snakes and Ladders

Earlier this week I posted a transformation picture on my new health Instagram and it really boosted my motivation and self-esteem to carry on and persevere with my weight loss journey.

This is something I’ve battled with for over 2 years now, and I’m not going to lie, there are days, weeks, even months where I just lose motivation completely. I get sick and tired of trying and trying and achieving nothing, that I get very close to giving up completely. Continue reading

Weight Loss and Weight Watchers

Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about weight loss, and more specifically, about weight watchers.

I started doing weight watchers online back in July and honestly, starting this plan was the best decision I ever made. I am now at my lowest weight since I first started trying to lose weight nearly two years ago, and I’m still motivated to carry on! Don’t get me wrong, I still have a long way to go, but I finally feel like it’s happening and I definitely feel like weight watchers has made a big difference in my journey. Continue reading

Motivation Tip #6

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all having a fabulous July and you’re ready for another motivation tip! This one is going to be about CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS!

Think about it… how can you possibly stay motivated with your goals if you don’t celebrate them when they’re completed?! Celebrating them makes you aware about how far you have come and it can definitely help you stay motivated to progress even further!

So in this post I’m going to outline a few different ways you can celebrate your achievements, whether they be fitness related, weight loss, work, blog, Uni etc. and they can be as big or as small as you want! Continue reading
