Hello everyone! I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve sat down and written a blog post just because I’ve wanted to; obviously I’ve been working in my blog series with Jodie (you can read more here) but I haven’t really just sat and written about me, for me. So I decided to do a ‘Dear Diary’ type of post, which I hope I continue monthly as a sort of catch up with you. Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about weight loss, and more specifically, about weight watchers.
I started doing weight watchers online back in July and honestly, starting this plan was the best decision I ever made. I am now at my lowest weight since I first started trying to lose weight nearly two years ago, and I’m still motivated to carry on! Don’t get me wrong, I still have a long way to go, but I finally feel like it’s happening and I definitely feel like weight watchers has made a big difference in my journey. In this post I will be discussing why the term ‘healthy eating’ is currently being used more than ‘diet’ or ‘dieting’. It seems to be a fashion to be ‘eat healthy’ and it certainly isn’t a bad one!
