Hey guys! This is the first time I’m doing this kind of post, but I really want to make this a monthly thing for a couple of reasons. I want to try and keep accountable for my own healthy eating, and I think by posting my healthy meal of the month, that helps me do that, because as my housemate said to me “If you can’t blog it, don’t eat it”! Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about weight loss, and more specifically, about weight watchers.
I started doing weight watchers online back in July and honestly, starting this plan was the best decision I ever made. I am now at my lowest weight since I first started trying to lose weight nearly two years ago, and I’m still motivated to carry on! Don’t get me wrong, I still have a long way to go, but I finally feel like it’s happening and I definitely feel like weight watchers has made a big difference in my journey. Hello everyone! As you can probably tell from the title of this post, its been ONE YEAR since I first started my blog! It feels like such a long time ago in some ways but in other ways it feels like no time at all!
It’s time to be honest…
Trying to stay positive all the time is really hard.
And I’m a positive person. But recently, I just feel completely and utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally.

This recipe is a slight twist on just a normal chicken curry and the secret ingredient is so simple and tasty, but I had never thought of adding it before!
