One Year Blog Anniversary!

Hello everyone! As you can probably tell from the title of this post, its been ONE YEAR since I first started my blog! It feels like such a long time ago in some ways but in other ways it feels like no time at all!

I started this blog to share my experiences with my illness, being a student, and my health/fitness journey, and I genuinely believe this blog has helped me accept and learn a whole lot more about myself, which I never believed would happen.
Anyway, in this post I am going to share my top 3 posts, two of my favourite bloggers, and share a little bit more about what’s been going on with me!

Favourite Bloggers

The reason I am only giving 2 of my favourite bloggers is because these are the two that jump straight to my mind when I think ‘bloggers’. I would love to add more but there are just too many to choose from, so these two will have to do!

Its Little Lauren

Lauren is a fellow ME/CFS sufferer whose Instagram is just gorgeous! But the main reason I fell in love with her blog is because she has often spoken out about her illness and how other people react to it and treat her. Her posts are often very insightful and inspiring and it is definitely worth a look!

What’s Been Happening with Me?

So in this past year I’ve managed to complete my first year at Uni, move into a house with friends, actually been able to hold a job down for more than a month, go completely off track with my healthy eating and fitness and then get back on track, more times than I can remember, and I’ve started Weight Watchers!
I have managed to lose about 6 pounds since starting weightwatchers and I’ve joined a new gym with one of my housemates so fingers crossed this year goes a lot better than last year and I can continue to lose this weight!
I have continued to badger the doctors about my symptoms and illness (I don’t think that will ever change!) and I have tried another 546848741 medicines which may or may not have worked!
Oh and I also got nominated for the Liebster Award!

So that’s my one year blog anniversary post! I can honestly say I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every minute of blogging and I’m excited for what the next year is going to bring!
I also want to say, thank you all SO MUCH for all your lovely support and for continuing to read my posts!
