Happy Monday everyone! It’s time for Motivation Tip #3! Today’s motivation tip is going to be all about the power of social media!

Motivation Tip 3

I LOVE social media for motivation and inspiration! I can go on my phone when I’m feeling a bit down and unmotivated and within seconds see a great post that will instantly energise me and make me feel much more productive!

I’m going to quickly run you through a couple of social media sites that I love for motivation!

Instagram

I love this app! I could spend hours just scrolling on Instagram because it’s always filled with beautiful pictures that relax me and motivate me! I try and follow people who inspire me, for example, fitness girls who post inspirational posts that get me excited to go and workout! I also love to follow people who post amazing pictures of healthy food because that really helps to motivate me to eat healthily! And it gives me some new ideas for food I could be trying!

Pinterest

I’ve only recently started using Pinterest but I love it so much! Like Instagram, I can go on any time of day and I will be sure that I will find something helpful and inspiring! I use Pinterest mainly for motivation with my illness, blogging and studying for Uni but there are some great posts that give tips on all areas! Talking about other blogs, Pinterest is a great way to find other blogs you may be interested in! A couple of my favourite blogs I originally found on Pinterest! Another great thing about Pinterest is that you can create your own boards and save posts you enjoyed to those boards which means you can come back to them any time you want!

Bloglovin’

I’ve used Bloglovin’ for a couple of months now and I seriously can’t get enough! I can follow all of my favourite blogs here, in one place and the feed (on my iPhone) shows unread posts so you know you won’t be scrolling through the same feed time and time again! This I definitely use for motivation for anything and everything because the blogs I follow cover almost everything from beauty to fitness to blogging – you name it! It means no matter what kind of inspiration I’m looking for, I’m bound to find a great blog post about it on Bloglovin’!

  1. I’ve never used Bloglovin’ before–interesting! Like you, I only recently started using Pinterest, but I’m quickly finding it a go-to place for inspiration. It’s one of those sites where I really need to dig in a little more to maximize the benefit.
