Top 3 Fitspirations!
In this post I will be going through my fitness inspirations, or ‘fitspirations’ as I like to call them! These women have consistently kept me motivated when I feel down and all I have to do is go on Facebook or Instagram and look at one of their pictures!
So let’s get going!
I love Charlotte Crosby, mainly because I used Charlotte’s 3 Minute Belly Blitz and absolutely loved it! It was perfect for what I wanted and even better for my illness as it is exactly what the name suggest, 3 minutes! In total there are 12 sections, each 3 minutes long. I am yet to complete all 12 in one go but the beauty is that I can pick and choose which ones I want to do! I am currently looking into buying her 3 Minute Bum Blitz to do at Uni simply because I know how much I enjoyed the first one!

Zanna Van Dijk
I found out about Zanna Van Dijk when I was flicking through the Sunday Times’ Style magazine and there was an article about her and Faya Nilsson (Fitness on Toast) which caught my eye. Before I knew it I was following both of them on instagram! Zanna Van Dijk especially motivates me through Snapchat (yes I know, I’m obsessed!) as she just documents her life, her ups and downs, shows when she just can’t be bothered but also when she is really excited about exericise. For me, this really works because I find it much more realistic and motivating seeing someone actually go through it themselves! You should take a look at her blog too as I find that really helpful!

I love Emily Skye, I can’t get enough of her! I follow her snapchat too for fitness inspiration but on top of that you see this quirky and goofy side to her when she is mucking about, as well as her talking about deeper things concerning being positive etc. Whether or not she is actually like that I don’t know, but I don’t part
icularly care because what she does on her social media works for me and it really motivates me! It also massively reassures me, especially when she shows pictures of her massive bloated tummy after a naughty meal out! She shows that things like that are completely normal and that it shouldn’t worry you! Her blog is also really helpful as it has loads of cool fitness and healthy eating tips that I would never normally have thought of!

So there you are… my most inspirational and motivational women for fitness and healthy eating – you don’t need to accept them or even agree with me but what would be great is if you could find your own people to help you! My current goal is fitness and weight loss, so naturally mine are people who focus on that but yours could be anyone for any one of your goals!
